Your Way to the Future You Deserve
You may not associate the word pillar when you think about credit restoration, but having a good credit score is a pillar of financial success. Our process to restore your credit starts with the Check Pillar. We then progress through the Challenge and Change Pillars, until you reach the ultimate pillar of Conquer that you deserve.
Positive credit reports are essential for financial freedom. A good credit score determines how much money you can receive for loans throughout your entire life. By allowing us to help you climb the credit repair pillars through our simple and proven process, you can experience the future you desire.
FIRST PILLAR: WE CHECK YOUR REPORTS
Our first Check Pillar is initiated by requesting your credit reports from the three major credit reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, known as the “Big Three.”
These credit reporting agencies gather information about you from sources like your bank, credit cards, and loan companies. They also take data from public records, such as property or court records.
We order your credit report from all three bureaus because each bureau receives your credit history from different sources. As a result, one credit bureau’s report may not match another credit bureau’s report.
When you purchase a car or home, the lender requests your credit report from one of the reporting bureaus. As you can imagine, your report can be full of mistakes and inaccuracies. Even late payments, judgments, charge-offs, and bankruptcy can be unfairly reported.
Once we have your credit reports, we run them through our Credit Report Analysis so we can identify questionable items. With precise planning, we determine where to focus our efforts and build a game plan for the next Challenge Pillar.
SECOND PILLAR: WE CHALLENGE THE BUREAUS
We start the Challenge Pillar by immediately disputing your credit report errors.
Once we have identified the incorrect information that is adversely affecting your reports through our credit report analysis system, we help you gather the necessary evidence to challenge the errors.
Sometimes, the documents you need to provide as supporting evidence are easy to gather. For example, suppose there is an error in your address. In that case, you can provide copies of your utility bills or driver license to prove your current address.
However, this is not always the case. Sometimes, such as suspected identity theft, it can often be difficult for individuals to determine exactly what supporting documentation you need when challenging a credit bureau. Once we’re involved, we take over these issues to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Once information is gathered, we send a credit dispute letter to the relevant bureaus. This letter details your report’s inaccuracies and requests to see the bureau’s supporting documents for their claims.
With bulldog determination, we write and call each creditor multiple times to achieve optimal desired outcomes.
Please note that we can only send each dispute letter to a single bureau. This is because each bureau independently issues its credit report, and errors may not be consistent across reports. For best results, we dispute all your credit reports with all three of the major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
Now that we have disputed your errors, it’s time for the Change Pillar for credit restoration.
THIRD PILLAR: CHANGE YOUR REPORT
Once we have sent letters and made calls disputing your credit report, our Change Pillar is initiated to ensure the bureaus have corrected your report.
The credit agency legally has between 30-45 days to respond to your dispute, though that is not aways true nor accurate.
We help ensure that your credit report is as accurate as possible by asking creditors and bureaus to verify or remove the negative items reported on your credit report.
There are several laws on your side to make sure credit report bureaus report only true and accurate information. The major one is the Fair Credit Reporting Act. As a credit repair and restoration provider, we use these laws and scrub questionable items from your report.
A significant advantage of hiring professionals like us is that you can be sure we have the experience and knowledge of what laws and regulations can be used to improve your credit, even beyond the obvious ones.
By this time, you should see positive changes in your credit score. But we’re not done yet. We have one last pillar to reach for success.
FORTH PILLAR: CONQUER FINANCIAL FREEDOM
Once we have helped you successfully restore your credit report, we begin climbing the Conquer Pillar.
A good credit score is essential for every part of your life. It can affect loans you apply for, lower interest rates, credit card limits, rent, even job applications. This means that an incorrect credit score is not only annoying, but it is also actively harmful to every part of your life.
By watching your credit and actively addressing issues as they arise, we allow you to have peace of mind. You can be confident that you are on track to reach your credit goals, which will enable you to enjoy a previously unprecedented level of financial freedom.
EXECUTING THE FOUR PILLARS
It requires active and frequent communication to complete the four pillars of credit restoration. We continuously communicate with you, the bureaus, and even your lender professionals if you desire.
We keep at our task with the bureaus until the errors are corrected. And all the while, you can take care of your life while we work behind the scenes.
Trust is foremost on both sides of the table. Together we are more robust, and together we will win, resulting in a credit score that you can be proud of.
